Angeline reportedly last seen playing in front of his home on Saturday afternoon.
Head of Division Forensic IB Putu Alit announced in Bali that Angeline had been presumed dead for three weeks.
In the autopsy, police found signs of violence, namely bruises on the face, neck, hands and feet.
"We see burns wounds probably from a cigarette butt on her right back. We can confirm that the cause of death was due to head injuries," Putu Alit quoted by tribunnews.com said.
He added that the team also found traces of plastic ropes at four places on the body.
Since his departure, social media users have shared pictures Angeline in an effort to find it.
